Advantages & special features of the LF-KATS
Thanks to the spacious AluFire 3 superstructure the fire-fighting vehicle for civil protection Magirus LF-KATS comes with variable equipment room system and three lateral roller shutters as well as optimally ergonomic removal heights. This vehicle is lowered between axles and behind the axle for more ergonomic storage of heavy equipment. The fire pump storage can be pneumatically lowered. The rear hose storage unit suits for approximately 360 m B-hoses; Double standing stations at rear for monitoring hose storage with driving and for signalling systems.
The Magirus LF-KATS comes with additional features for civil protection missions and offers large space reserves with form for individual additional gear and personal equipment. Another advantage is the spacious overhead boxes for additional storage space.
